We realize that every
person's financial situation is different. Dental exams, preventative,
and restorative treatment are vital to overall health. Esthetic and
restorative dentistry is an essential investment in an individual's
medical, social, and psychological well-being, therefore, we firmly
believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to
obtaining the treatment you desire and deserve. We are sensitive to the
fact that different patients have different needs so we provide
different payment options to our patients. All financial discussions and
arrangements are kept strictly confidential.
Payment is appreciated and expected at the time services are rendered.Though we do not participate directly with insurance companies, we will file your dental insurance for you.Payment Options:1. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Checks
2. Full Pay Cash Discount:
We offer a 5% accounting courtesy for pre-payment in full (cash or
check) prior to the first scheduled appointment of all treatment plans
of $1000.00 or greater.
3. Pay As You Go: Pay the Estimated balance on every visit for the Estimated portion remaining after insurance pays.
4. Payment Plan: By arrangement with Care Credit, we offer our patients, upon approval, an
interest-free term loan up to 12 months, or payment plans for 24, 36,
or 48 months with minimal interest, with no down payment, no annual fee,
and no prepayment penalty. For application and information please see

Broken Appointments:
Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you must change your
appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a $50/half
hour cancellation fee. On large cases, we need 3 days prior to
appointment to avoid the $50/half hour charge.
